WHAT IS FITNESS?

  • fitness basically is a word that promotes a person to live a fit life and to make his/her life better. As we all know that a fit life is very compulsory so, that an individual can present him or her in a good way.
  • If a person is not fit mentally or physically then he or she has to face a lot of problems in day to day life. An individual feels that he or she is somewhere less than others.
  • A person with an overall fit personality creates a good impression in everyone's mind and can enjoy his/her life freely without any feeling of discrimination.


WHY PROPER FITNESS IS NECESSARY?

  • proper fitness is very essential because is today's technical world every person is only concerned with money and in the race of earning money every person is somewhere lacking in maintaining proper diet and fitness schedule.
  • A proper fitness schedule is very essential we have to work out at least 30 minutes a day.
  • most of us eat a lot of junk foods but we all need to avoid such types of food these foods contain a lot of harmful substances like silica used in making burgers softer, sulphates of magnesium used for making french fries more crispy.
  • many big brands like MacDonalds, burger king all have hands in such type of practices for increasing their sales.

  • I mentioned some of these points already here are some more tips to fitness-
Hit at least 5 days to the gym in a week focus on muscle building along with some cardio if your definition of fitness is to build a good bulky body.

If your definition of fitness is to achieve a good lean body then you have to focus more on cardio instead of focusing on muscle building or strength training.

SOME COMMON TIPS-

  • take a sleep of at least of 8 hours.
  • avoid junk food.
  • avoiding bad body harming activities.
  • drink at least 7-8 liters of water in a  day.

  • yoga increases the flexibility of body.

  • gyming increases strength.   


  • RUNNING.
  • Running is good for all those who don't have money to afford the expenses of gyming and yoga.

  • walking is the only exercise that suits every person of all age group.
